Matas is a student filmmaker and animator from Lithuania. He got into making hand-drawn animation in 2020, directed his first official animated short film in the summer of 2022. In 2024, he finished extra-curricular film school. Currently making amateur live-action and animation short films.

A Date with a Work of Art follows a troubled young man spending a night in town with an animated girl.
